3. Will Singular Editions charge a sales tax on my purchase?

Applicable sales taxes will be charged on all orders shipped to California addresses.

4. Will I receive a confirmation of my order from Singular Editions?

Yes, we will send an email confirming your order as soon as it is received.

5. Will Singular Editions notify me when my order is shipped?

6.  How long after I place my Singular Editions order may I expect to receive it?

Your Singular Editions order will be produced specifically for you.  When your order is shipped, Singular Editions will notify you by email with tracking information.  You may check the status of your order online at www.singulareditions.com/orderstatus.

7.  If I order more than one item, will they be shipped together?

Whenever possible, all items in your Singular Editions order will be shipped at the same time. Typically, we ship only one framed picture per box.  We will notify you if it is necessary to ship parts of your order at different times.  When all or part of your order is shipped, we will notify you by email with tracking information. You may check the status of your order online at www.singulareditions.com/orderstatus.

8.  How will my Singular Editions order be shipped?

Most Singular Editions orders are shipped via FedEx Ground Service.  Other shipping options may be available or required for your order.  When your order is shipped, we will notify you by email with tracking information.

9.  What if I receive an item that I did not order?

If you receive an item in error, please notify us immediately by emailing [email protected], or calling 707-836-9237, 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.  We will remedy the problem as quickly as possible.

10.  What if my item(s) arrive damaged?

If you receive a damaged item, please notify us immediately by emailing [email protected], or calling 707-836-9237, 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.   We will remedy the problem as quickly as possible.

11.  How do I arrange for a return or exchange?

You may return or exchange any item purchased or received as a gift from Singular Editions within 30 days of receipt.  Please complete the RETURN or EXCHANGE section on the back of your packing slip and enclose it with your returned item.  For your protection, shipping insurance is strongly recommended.  We are not able to give credit for returned items that are damaged or lost in transit. As soon as we receive the item and verify that it is in salable condition, we will issue a credit in the original form of payment.  If you wish to exchange your Singular Editions item for an item of greater value, please include payment information for the balance; for an item of lesser value, we will issue a nonrefundable merchandise credit for the balance.  If you have further questions, please contact us by emailing [email protected] or calling 707-836-9237, 9AM to 5PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.

12.  How do I remove myself from the Singular Editions email list?

If you wish to remove your name from our email list, please send an email to: [email protected] indicating the email address that should be deleted from future email distributions.

13.  Does Singular Editions share its customers’ names or contact information with other businesses?

Singular Editions does not sell or share its customers’ names, contact information, or other information with other companies for marketing purposes. We share only the customer information specifically required by our credit card processors and shippers to complete the sales and shipping of merchandise.

14.  How are Singular Editions prints made?

Singular Editions’ prints are produced on technically advanced digital printers using the finest cotton papers, top quality canvas, and the best archival pigments available.

15.  What kind of paper does Singular Editions use for its prints?

Singular Editions uses archival quality 100% cotton rag papers with surface textures that make them ideal for the production of the highest quality prints.

16. What kind of canvas does Singular Editions use for its prints?

Singular Editions uses the finest quality canvas made from a cotton and polyester blend which imparts a high degree of dimensional stability.
